IT Project Manager (ITPM)

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring adherence to defined scope, timeline, and budget.

  • Define clear project objectives, deliverables, key milestones, and success criteria.

  • Track project progress, proactively manage risks and issues, and ensure timely reporting to all stakeholders.

  • Analyze project performance (e.g., timeline, cost, quality) and initiate corrective actions when necessary.

  • Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal teams, customers, and vendors to ensure alignment and clear expectations.

  • Demonstrate strong ownership by proactively driving project success, resolving challenges, and taking accountability for outcomes.

  • Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with internal standards or customer requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Solid understanding of IT systems, project management methodologies, and business process design.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Thai.

  • Good command of English, both spoken and written.

  • Proactive, responsible, and demonstrates strong ownership of assigned tasks or projects.
