Business Development Officer


  • Formulating   strategies and plans for achieving business growth.

  • Researching   potential business   opportunities and viable income.

  • Following   industry trends locally and internationally.

  • Managing   and retaining relationships with both existing   and new clients.

  • Address   immediate problems, find solutions for clients, and maintain cordial   relationships with clients.

  • Developing   strategies to expand the client base.

  • Having   an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition.

  • Identifying   and mapping business strengths and customer needs.

  • Writing   business proposals.

  • Demonstrate   to leverage best practices and offer insight into client business.

  • Determine,   resolve and communicate technical and business presales issues to management.

  • Negotiating   with stakeholders.

  • Drafting   and reviewing contracts.

  • Attend   to customer requests for information.

  • Reporting   on successes and areas needing improvements.


  • Bachelor’s  degree / Master’s degree in finance, engineering, accounting, business   management, economics or related field.

  • Excellent  communication skills and negotiating with stakeholders.

  • Excellent in strategic planning to attain objectives and achieve goals.

  • Excellent storytelling, presentation.

  • Able to demonstrate multi-tasking skills and capability to work effectively.

  • Focused on achieving job success and delivering value to clients.

  • Able to address problems and work under pressure.

  • Work as a team.
