Application Support Engineer
Provide technical support to clients, resolving issues related to the e-LG application and future blockchain products promptly and effectively.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions for recurring problems.
Participate in the successful deployment and configuration of the e-LG product and upcoming blockchain solutions.
Communicate proactively with clients, delivering timely updates on issue resolution progress.
Maintain accurate support documentation and knowledge resources.
Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Strong understanding of application support processes and methodologies.
Proficient in diagnosing and troubleshooting software and system issues.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical users.
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet deadlines.
Passion for learning and staying up to date with emerging technologies.
