Application Support Engineer


  • Provide technical support to clients, resolving issues related to the e-LG application and future blockchain products promptly and effectively.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions for recurring problems.

  • Participate in the successful deployment and configuration of the e-LG product and upcoming blockchain solutions.

  • Communicate proactively with clients, delivering timely updates on issue resolution progress.

  • Maintain accurate support documentation and knowledge resources.


  • Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

  • Strong understanding of application support processes and methodologies.

  • Proficient in diagnosing and troubleshooting software and system issues.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical users.

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet deadlines.

  • Passion for learning and staying up to date with emerging technologies.
